BrickaBrack works collaboratively, creating pieces through our collective imagination, effort, and resources. It is our belief that the best work emerges from an ensemble characterized by mutual trust, support, unity, honesty, generosity, and fun.

Ensemble Members

• Form the core of the BrickaBrack inner circle / artistic machine
• Prioritize participation in BrickaBrack as their principal artistic home
• Attend our weekly company "jams" and occasionally lead sessions
• Help guide the company, contributing to artistic choices, project development, fundraising, marketing, operations, and any area in which you have interest/ability
• Collectively realize company productions and special events, contributing to every production even if you're not on the creative team
• Represent BrickaBrack in the theatre community
• Commit to working with us in this capacity for a minimum of a full year

How BrickaBrack serves Ensemble Members
BrickaBrack

• Provides a creative home for you where you can connect to fellow artists and kindred spirits, opening doors to new possibilities and partnerships
• Creates specific opportunities/projects/roles for you to undertake that are exciting and expanding to your artistry
• Solicits your input on the development of the company & company projects
• Contracts and pays Ensemble Members for their work on specific projects whenever possible as per our production budgets
• Seeks ways to support your artistic impulses through BrickaBrack activities
• Includes you on our website as an Ensemble Member and promotes/cheers for your work outside the company as well
• Encourages your growth and development as an artist, community member & radiant human being
