Dear friends, fellow artists, and supporters,
BrickaBrack has closed.
To everyone who participated in our crowdfunding campaigns or made a contribution through our non-profit sponsor, Fractured Atlas -- THANK YOU. Without you, we couldn’t have made the work.
The dream of this company was sparked by an earlier generation of cutting-edge artists -- people like Martha Clarke, Robert Lepage, Julie Taymor, Complicité, Robert Wilson, Anne Bogart, Kneehigh, and Mary Zimmerman. To make this work, especially via an ensemble, requires a level of collective contribution that is incredibly challenging to sustain.
We’d like to thank all 93 artists who collaborated with us over the years; people who brought their diverse talents and perspectives to our ensemble, joined our weekly jams and workshops, volunteered hours, and generated new artistic projects. We're forever grateful to everyone who believed in our mission, attended our performances, invested their time and energy, and supported us from near and far.
Thank you for being a part of BrickaBrack. We hope to see you soon, in person, at the theatre. Where we can touch again, and share dreams about the future.
With love, gratitude, and warm wishes,
BrickaBrack
